PART B: PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS
1 RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE

- We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse to supply any medicine or product that we consider may constitute a health hazard or to supply what we consider to be excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when a product is known to have abuse potential.
2 Shopping and Ordering

- To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout.
3 Payment Options

- We can process payments online via Stripe. Please note that processing fees may apply.
- In-store payments can be made with cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
4 Order Status

- You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, or is ready for collection in store.
5 Shipping and Delivery

- If not collecting in store, online orders are able to be posted or delivered, so long as the ordered items are suitable & legally allowed for shipping.
- We are unable to leave posted or delivered orders unattended at an address, and as such will require a signature on delivery for all packages.
- Delivery details & requirements:
- Address must be within 3km of the pharmacy.
- $10 fee for delivery.
- Next business day delivery (Mon – Fri), at an approximate timeframe of late morning to early afternoon. If you would like to specify a day for delivery, please make a note during checkout or contact us directly via phone.
- We will contact you on the phone number provided when ordering prior to attempting delivery for confirmation. If we are unable to confirm availability for delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.
- The safety & wellbeing of our staff is paramount; we reserve the right to decline delivery if this may be affected in any way.
- Shipping details & requirements:
- Only available within Australia, and only to a physical address. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
- All orders for postage will be sent via registered post with Australia Post, and will require a signature on delivery.
- Standard fee for postage & handling is $15; 5kg weight limit, and size restrictions apply (approx. 380mm x 260mm x 100mm)
- If a placed order exceeds these restrictions, we will contact you on the number provided during checkout to advise of additional costs.
- If you are placing a large order, or ordering bulky items, please contact the pharmacy in advance of placing your order.
- Orders are posted on the next business day following placement. Estimated shipping times are 2-4 days within Qld, and 3-6 days for interstate. NB - This is not a guaranteed timeframe, but rather an estimation provided by Australia Post.
- Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time and will not be responsible for any delays in delivery.
- If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in shipping/delivering the product and other alternatives.

7 Returns and Exchanges

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the purchase must have been made within the 14 days, the product is unopened and in original condition, and the product is eligible for return.
- You will need to contact us by phone on (07) 4636 2093 or by email at dispense@maryspharmacy.com.au.
- We do not always offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind about a product, however please contact us to discuss your options.
- Return of product/s to us is at your own cost. Please contact us to discuss your options.
- Some products will state that they cannot be returned, please be aware of these items.
8 Damaged, LOST, or Defective Products

- If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came. Do not sign for the parcel from the courier company. Please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of the goods arriving and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
- You must return a damaged or defective to us within 14 days.
- You must notify us of any lost or incomplete deliveries within 7 days so that we can inspect the products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.
- Subject to our obligations under applicable consumer law, we reserve the right to decide in whether we will accept the return of any products for credit, repair, or replacement. We will not accept return of any product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the Customer or where the product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Where returned product is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your own cost. Receipt by us of returned products does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
